Leveling additive PV-I

Description

It is a kind of composition of copolymer of methyl acrylate and butyl acrylate. It is major effect is to smooth the problem craters, pinhole, fisheye effect for the coating surface.

Used as the leveling additive used in epoxy, polyester, hybrid powder coating systems. The dosage of Leveling additive is between 0.5~1.5% based on the total powder.

 

 

Leveling agent PV88

Description:

It is a polyacrylate with silica carriers. And used to be prevent the problem of craters, pinhole and fisheye problem. It can be used in all powder coating systems too.

Leveling additives: PV7010

Description

Leveling additives PV7010 is a copolymer of methyacrylate and Butylacrylate. Which is used as the additives for improve the coating surface from the problem like craters, pinhole and fish eyes etc. Even if the dosage is small, it will improve the property dramatically.

1.Blend with the resin before extruder.

3. Use alone without other leveling agent will not create leveling effect.

Anti-Caking agent: Micro powder silica

Descriptions:

High purity silicon oxide perform as good anti-caking agent for powder coating application, due to it’s special properties, even with 40% water absorption by weight they still keep in powder form, so per from as the anti-caking agent for powder.

Description

TE6051 is an organic metallic complex, designed for producing wrinkle or texture effect on powder coating film. It performs excellent effect on Epoxy or hybrid system and also can be useful in pure polyester system.

Applications

  1. a.Can used to produce fine texture effect on coating surface.

  4. d.When adding cameo agent, please pre-mix (dry blend)the cameo agent with the resin first before the extrusion.

 

Cameo agent 508-I and 508

Description

  1. a.508-I andare polyacrylate which can be used to produce hammer tone effect powder coatings.

b.  The differences between 508-I and 508 are that the surface made from 508 is uneven compared with the one from 508-I.
